Description of a Shirt

Shirt- This item goes by many names, it’s part of our daily routine. It is something that has to be worn to most public places and it is something that is used by people every single day no matter the weather. It is a typical piece of clothing that’s considered to be very versatile, worn by both men and women. It’s in a size M for medium making its fit be a bit baggy, the fabric being 100% cotton adding to its stretchy baggy fit. Its length reaches just above your thigh and starts right at the base of your neck. The top of the item has a collar running around the neck. It’s flipped down with pointed ends facing downward. The sleeves are going as far as over the wrist allowing your whole arm to be covered by it. Buttons in the color black running vertical right down the middle from the tip of the collar to the end of the fabric. It has a unique pattern displayed throughout the whole canvas of stripes running in different directions making different shapes and illusions all throughout the entire item. The color scheme is also very unique consisting of white, bright red, burgundy, and black. White being the initial color of it all but with black solid lines running vertical, up the sleeves, across the middle and back. Then bright red stripes going horizontal all the way down to the black buttons on the cuffs. Then burgundy stripes weaving its way through both the black and bright red stripes creating an illusion to the pattern. The illusions that are being created by the stripes are boxes that can be seen as grids. The grids consist of four by four tiny boxes. These grids of white, black, bright red, and burgundy are spread out throughout the entire piece.

Greek yogurt

Greek Yogurt has always been one of my favorite desserts. Along with it’s wonderful taste it’s also considered a part of a healthy, balanced diet. Considering it is an excellent source of calcium, which can help improve your bone health. It also happens to contain probiotics, which support a healthy bacterial balance in the gut. It has also been proven that just from one serving of Greek yogurt helps lower blood pressure and balance out the sodium levels in your body. Since one serving can contain up to 6.8 percent of your daily potassium intake value. With this being said I believe everyone should learn how to make Greek yogurt at home in order to enjoy a delicious dessert and improve your diet as well.

So to make Greek yogurt at home, you’ll just need 2 ingredients, Yogurt and milk. 4 cups whole milk 960 mL and ¼ cup plain store bought yogurt. The yogurt need to be a good quality yogurt that has active properties. The milk needs to be whole fat milk because it produces the best texture for homemade yogurt.

To start off you need to heat up the milk.

Step 1: Heat up the Milk

Heat milk to 185 degrees F or 85 degrees C. This step is very important in order to create the right amount of thickness. This will give the yogurt a nice paste-like texture to it.

Step 2: Cool Milk down

Now after the heating process you need to cool the milk back down to lukewarm about 109 degrees F or 43 degrees C, then ensuring that the milk is cool enough to go mixing with the yogurt we are going to add 1/2 cup of the warm milk into the yogurt. It is very important to ensure that the milk is cooled down since this  will prevent you from killing the active properties in the yogurt.

Step 3: Let Sit: Cover jar or bowl with a lid, wrap in a moist, warm towel to keep in heat, and place in oven. And let it sit overnight.

Step 4: To strain, line a mesh sieve with the bowl with paper towels and pour yogurt in. Place over a large bowl and let strain in the fridge for a few hours until it reaches a consistency you like.
